Crowne Plaza London - Kingston by IHG

Everything is new, carpets, decor. The bathroom is beautiful. Everything is very clean. All the staff are lovely, but one stood out for us Dominic. After a bad experience elsewhere we had to change hotels and Dominic did everything to make our stay the best it could be. Our first night my wife asked if there was a chocolate machine, no but you can share mine, he brings goodies in as he does the nightshift. The bar had just closed but he got me a drink as he knew we'd had a fraught time. He got us bottles of water. He knew we had been upset by our accommodation elsewhere and assured me on the phone that it would be fine here, and it was, and that I needed to get booked up asap as the hotel was almost full. If we hadnt booked up when he said we wouldnt have got in, the hotel was full both nights. There was free parking. We ate out so cant comment on the food.

Front of house staff were very welcoming and catered to all our request to make our stay enjoyable. Tasty full English breakfast with the best poached eggs 😋 thanks Chef. Rainforest style shower was powerful and refreshing. Good location, within easy distance from central London and right next to the Thames river.

Good base for accessing Hampton Court, Kingston, Surbiton and Thames Ditton. Free car parking which was a real bonus. Pleasant staff. Good value for money considering its position.

Lovely hotel, fantastic restaurant and huge buffet breakfast great food! The staff were very good and helped with everything I needed. Thank you to John, Dominic and Ram for going above and beyond. Great location able to walk to get essentials and beautiful river and pub just opposite.

Perfect location for our weekend visit to Hampton Court Palace. The room was modern and newly furnished. King Size Bed. Super comfortable. Bathroom with Power Shower and Bath. Little balcony with seating for two.
